Shipping policy

1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once your order has been processed and shipped.
4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
6. Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Beyond & More Gifts is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
